My favorite autumn songs

My favorite season is finally here - the season of cozy sweaters, warm drinks, rainy days, and golden leaves. And what could make it even better? The perfect soundtrack. Personally, I think music is what gives every season its own vibe, and autumn feels extra special with the right songs playing in the backround. Whether you're going on a walk through crunchy leaves, journaling by candlelight, or just chilling in your room, the right playlist can make everything feel more magical.

So today, I'm sharing some of my favorite autumn songs that always get me in that cozy fall mood. Maybe you'll discover a new favorite for your own playlist too!

  I love this song! It has total cozy autumn vibes. I love almost all of beabadoobee's songs, and it was really hard to choose the perfect autumn song.

  I think this song is way too underrated. I only discovered it recently, but I love it and think it's a very cute autumn song. And it reminds me of a cozy, rainy day.

  This song is also absolutely cozy and autumnal. It also reminds me of the show Gilmore Girls (the best autumn show ever, by the way...)

  
  

• Autumn In New York by Billie Holiday

  I don't really listen to jazz, but I LOVE this song! I started listening to it back in August because it just evokes such an autumnal mood. This song is definitely in my top 3 favorite autumn songs, and I could listen to it every day.

  
  

• Jealous by Eyedress

  I really like this song! I only discovered it recently, but I've had it on repeat ever since. I don't really know why it's autumnal to me, because it's a bit faster and had a slightly different mood than the others, but the song still gives me some autumn vibes.

• Let The Light In by Lana Del Rey, Father John Misty

  I love Lana Del Rey, and this song is the very first I've ever heard of her (apart from Summertime Sadness and all the radio songs). I was journaling when this song came up as a recommendation, and I absolutely loved it! It reminds me of a cozy, sunny autumn afternoon. It's definitely one of my favorite Lana Del Rey songs!

  
  

• There Is a Light That Never Goes Out by The Smiths

  This is probably one of The Smiths' most famous songs, and rightly so! I absolutely love it. It's autumnal and puts you in a good mood, unlike many other autumn songs, For a while, I listened to this song over and over again.

  
  

• Sparks by Coldplay

  I know I've said it a lot today, but... I LOVE this song! It's so beautifully calm, cozy and autumnal. I've tried not to listen to it too often so I don't get tired of it, but I could listen to it every day.

  
  

• Apple Cider by beabadoobee

  As I said, I love beabadoobee, so I had to add this song to the list. I really like this song too, and I think it's perfect for autumn. And somehow, listening to it makes me want a pumpkin spice latte... (my favorite drink for autumn!)

  
  

• willow by Taylor Swift

  I wouldn't call myself a Swiftie, but I do like a few of Taylor's songs. This is one of them. And fun fact: I found this song on Spotify and only listened to it because my cat's name is Willow. But then I really liked this song, and it's now one of my favorite fall songs.

That's it for my little autumn playlist! Choosing a few favorite songs was really hard because I have a 10-hour autumn playlist on Spotify...
